Alexus Williams is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Sports & Entertainment Group, where she advocates for professional athletes, collegiate student-athletes, and youth in negotiating uniform player contracts, ambassador deals, endorsements, and marketing agreements. She is a Certified Player Agent for the National Basketball Players Association, a FIBA-Licensed Agent, and a Contract Advisor for the National Football League Players Association, allowing her to support clients across multiple levels of the sports industry. Ms. Williams advises her clients through every phase of their athletic and post-athletic careers with a holistic, strategy-driven approach.

With an extensive legal background spanning public service, private practice, and corporate environments, Ms. Williams brings a unique and highly strategic perspective to athlete representation. Her areas of expertise include criminal litigation, contract negotiation, business operations, internal policy compliance, document drafting, and organizational process development, skills that directly inform her work advocating for athletes and sports professionals.

Ms. Williams previously served as an Assistant Circuit Attorney for the City of St. Louis, where she prosecuted domestic violence and sexual assault cases as a member of the Special Victims Unit. She also served as an Assistant County Counselor for St. Louis County, litigated for an AM Law 100 firm, and worked as Legal Counsel for a Fortune 200 company.

Ms. Williams earned a B.S. in Psychology and Sports Administration from Howard University, graduating summa cum laude, a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, and a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University. She is a licensed attorney in Missouri and Illinois.

In recognition of her academic and professional excellence, Ms. Williams is a recipient of the Tropaia Award, honoring her as an Outstanding Student in the Sports Industry Management Program at Georgetown University. Her career has been further distinguished by numerous honors, including the Missouri Lawyers Media Diversity & Inclusion Award, the Women’s Justice Award for Pro Bono Service, and the Young Lawyers Division Award of Merit presented by the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. She was also selected as one of only twelve attorneys statewide to serve as a Fellow in the Missouri Bar Leadership Academy.

Committed to service and leadership within the sports community, Ms. Williams has served as General Director and Event Coordinator for the Run It Up Foundation, a nonprofit health organization and social run club. She currently serves as Chair of the NBA Logistics Committee and as a Scholarship Consultant for the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, she remains actively involved with the Dallas Alumnae Chapter.
